Princes Court Homes Inc. is managed by a voluntary Board of Management which consists of nine members, three of whom are elected each year for a three year term on a rotational basis. The board play a pivotal role in the facility, with board members often specialists within their own field of work providing a strong skills based team who are capable of reacting positively to the many changing scenarios faced by the organisation.

Mr. Doug Tonge

The current Chair of the Board of Management is Mr. Doug Tonge. Doug is an active member of the Princes Court Homes community and has held the position of Chairperson since September 2012 and has been a member for four years previous to that. His interests in aged care and his expertise in a wide range of community services give Doug an excellent leadership foundation.

Mrs. Lakshmi Reghunath

Mrs Lakshmi Reghunath, Acting CEO has been with Princes Court Homes since August 2016 and joined us from a 170 bed aged care facility in Melbourne.  Lakshmi oversees the overall care needs of residents and is supported by qualified Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, ACFI coordinator, Clinical Care Coordinator, Special Care Coordinator, Quality Coordinator and Personal Care Attendant.  Lakshmi is specialised in aged care and has a excellent understanding of ACFI, person centered care, palliative care, care planning, clinical management and providing resident centered care support to residents and their families.

Ms. Susan Zariko

Ms Susan Zariko, Acting Director of Nursing, joined Princes Court Homes in November 2011, following a long career as a Registered Nurse, Division One, at Mildura Base Hospital. Sue initially trained at the Royal Darwin Hospital before relocating to Mildura, but working at Wentworth District Hospital for two years, prior to her commencement at Mildura Base Hospital.
