The facilities are vast and varied within the village, there is definitely something here for everyone.

Utilising the Allied Health Services building of the old Mildura Base Hospital, the Village community centre has been redesigned to be a state of the art hub for community life at the village.

The community centre is available for resident’s leisure and activities including a library with an extensive book collection, billiard room, lounge and bar area for social gatherings, the “Ozone” cinema with big screen and state of the art recliners, fitness centre, hair salon, auditorium and meeting room. Along with many social activities organised by the Resident’s Social Committee, visitors and new residents are always welcome. The Supervisor also produces an extensive monthly newsletter full of village information and a calendar of all the regular activities available and when.

The village is also fully landscaped, with the inclusion of fruit trees lining the drive ways and a community vegetable and fruit garden allowing residents to maintain their active lifestyle and share in the fruits of their labour with other residents.

There is also the Men’s Shed – fully equipped for residents to continue their interests and passion in wood and metal work. Residents have an opportunity to retain their favourite tools and equipment when moving into the Village and share them with others in this secured environment.

Located in the heart of Mildura, access to all types of services, shopping and transport are within easy reach.

The Village is a secure site, with nightly security patrols and automatic lockable gates after a certain time at night to ensure only those who have a right to be there, including all emergency services, are able to gain vehicular entry. This allows you to enjoy life knowing you are safe, secure and our emergency services are always available.
